After spending some initial time with your selected piece, close your eyes, take a few deep breaths until you slow your breathing, and look again. Try to notice parts of your body that feel tight, achy, or stressed. Adjust your position, relax your shoulders, and take a few deep breaths. Notice your breathing. Notice your body.
